Research and Publication

We conduct our own research or collaborate with international research teams.

Some examples of our research and publication works:

FOLLOWING UP WITH THE CLIENTS OF THE CLOSED HARM REDUCTION PROGRAMS IN BUDAPEST AND BELGRADE

Our report, based on the findings of research conducted among the clients of closed needle and syringe programs in Budapest and Belgrade, sheds light on the dire consequences of declining support for harm reduction in Central Eastern Europe.

THE NOT-SO-BALANCED APPROACH – POLICY RESPONSES TO NEW PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Our new report aims to assess the various policy responses to new psychoactive substances (so called “legal highs”) in five European countries – Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Serbia – , from the perspective of researchers, service providers, law enforcement officials and activists working with the most affected communities of people who use drugs.

WHAT WORKS ON THE GROUND IN EUROPE? – 4 CASE STUDIES

In this report we present four best practices in the field of drug demand and harm reduction from three countries. With this report, we would like to promote the culture of evaluation both among civil society organisations and decision makers.
